About the Role

As an experienced ERP Developer you will take an active role in shaping and advancing the organizations Microsoft Dynamics Business Central landscape. You will design and develop custom AL extensions enhance existing processes and help deliver technically strong and elegant solutions for complex challenges.

Your work will include analyzing business processes automating workflows integrating third-party systems and web services and supporting key initiatives such as rollouts updates and migrations. Your documentation communication and support will be essential to maintaining a stable and efficient ERP environment.

Responsibilities

• Masters degree in Law with at least 3 years of relevant experience ideally within the financial sector or legal practice
• Strong knowledge of banking and financial law
• Certified DPO or willingness to obtain certification
• Confident advising and presenting at executive and board levels
• Proactive mindset with clear and persuasive communication skills
• Ability to simplify and explain complex legal matters
• Fluent in Dutch with excellent French and English proficiency

• Strong leadership prioritization and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinker with a pragmatic solution-oriented approach
• Team player who remains calm and adaptable in a fast-moving environment

Profile:

• Several years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
• Excellent AL development skills; C/AL or Power Platform experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP structures
• Independent and structured work approach combined with strong teamwork skills
• Fluent German; English proficiency is an advantage
