Job Title: Senior HR Project/Program Manager
Location: Remote in Toronto

We are hiring for a Senior People Transformation Program Manager who will support our client s PPL organization through a major operating model redesign. The selected candidate will work on programs focused on modernizing how the People function operates collaborates and delivers impact across the business. This role will work closely with executive stakeholders to ensure alignment structured delivery and smooth execution across multiple transformation workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a unified transformation portfolio dashboard covering milestones risks interdependencies and KPIs
Establish governance routines that support visibility prioritization and cross-workstream decision-making
Align transformation activities with evolving operating models leadership priorities and enterprise initiatives
Create templates standards and reporting tools that strengthen clarity and execution discipline
Ensure People Transformation programs are structured around AI-enabled automation opportunities
Collaborate with an external consultancy to streamline workflows handoffs and friction points across People teams
Coordinate deliverables integrate program outputs and ensure alignment across multiple transformation components
Partner with workstream leads to define success metrics structure execution plans and manage dependencies
Support sessions including sprint planning retros and issue resolution for workstreams needing deeper PM involvement
Identify blockers early and manage escalations through the governance framework
Maintain consistent communication rhythms between the Chief of Staff People Leadership Team COEs and consultants
Prepare executive updates business reviews and communications for senior audiences
Track adoption readiness and business impacts to support integration and sustainable outcomes
Must-Have Skills Strong experience in HR People or Talent transformation programs
Background in Project or Program Management with complex multi-workstream initiatives
Proven experience partnering directly with executives and senior stakeholders
Ability to bring clarity and structure in ambiguous environments
Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset
Experience managing or coordinating with external consulting partners
Proficiency with tools for dashboards and workflow tracking (Airtable experience is helpful but not required)
Nice-to-Have Skills Experience supporting redesign of operating models within People functions
Comfort with AI-enabled automation concepts within HR processes
Exposure to enterprise-scale change management initiatives
Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration across COEs PBPs and People Operations teams
Certifications (Optional) PMP PgMP Prosci or similar certifications are an advantage.
