Business Systems Analyst CRIMS Data Team
The CRIMS Data Team is seeking experienced professionals with strong financial industry knowledge to work on data integrations between Front Office and Back Office systems using Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS).
The Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to analyze system requirements identify data gaps evaluate alternative data sources and define business rules and logic. This role requires a proactive detail-oriented individual who is a quick learner an effective communicator and possesses a solid understanding of the financial industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identify compile and code business requirements into data extraction frameworks that accurately reflect business needs and test the code to ensure quality and correctness.
Prepare and deliver artifacts such as Business Requirements Functional Specifications Process Flows Use Cases and Test Cases.
Develop model and analyze business processes to improve operational efficiency quality and compliance.
Collaborate effectively across immediate teams business stakeholders and remote teams.
Take ownership of deliverables ensuring accuracy and quality.
Solve complex problems propose alternative solutions and resolve conflicts.

Required Qualifications
8 10 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Hands-on involvement in analysis design development enhancement and implementation of software solutions.
Advanced SQL skills with a strong understanding of relational data structures.
Experience with financial industry data including:
o Bloomberg Market Data
o WM Daten Market Data
Knowledge of financial systems particularly post-trade compliance.
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience in investment compliance testing and rules.
Familiarity with data conversion mapping and testing.
Understanding of financial services and banking industries.
Experience in conversion and migration activities involving client deliverables and processes.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business or MIS preferred
