Job Summary

Description

  • Qualify potential leads through various channels including cold calling emailing and text.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and position our electrical expertise effectively.
  • Manage and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on lead interactions and status.
  • Conduct targeted outbound calls and emails to engage potential clients and introduce them to our services.
  • Execute follow-up strategies to move leads through the sales funnel.


Qualifications

  • Cold calling experience involving a significant volume of outbound call activity preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes lead generation techniques and qualification criteria.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Zoho) and other sales tools.
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing leads.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
