Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Bridge Engineer / Discipline Project Lead to lead bridge design delivery while partnering with Project Managers. This role focuses on managing technical scope production and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as bridge discipline lead for ODOT county and municipal transportation projects
Lead bridge plan development and production efforts
Coordinate with roadway drainage geotechnical and utilities teams
Oversee QA/QC reviews and design risk management
Provide mentoring and technical oversight to bridge staff
Serve as Engineer of Record as required

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
15 years of bridge design experience
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Strong experience with ODOT bridge standards and production
