Job Description:

Automation Controls Engineer: Seeking an Automation Controls Engineer with minimum 7 years of hands-on in the field experience installing troubleshooting calibrating and qualifying industrial control systems. Life Science experience is a plus. Extensive experience working with and around industrial equipment integration is a must.

Responsibilities :

Responsibilities Collaborate with IT and OT teams to integrate manufacturing equipment and systems into the data fabric architecture Design develop and implement automation solutions for data acquisition transformation and transmission Configure and troubleshoot PLCs SCADA DCS and other industrial control systems Ensure secure and reliable data flow from edge devices to central data platforms Support the deployment of edge computing devices and IIoT gateways Document system configurations workflows and integration points Provide technical support during commissioning and post-deployment phases Skills and Experience Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Automation Mechatronics or related field 7 years of experience in industrial automation and control systems Strong hands-on experience with PLC programming (e.g. Siemens Allen-Bradley Schneider) Familiarity with SCADA systems OPC UA/DA MQTT and industrial communication protocols Experience with IIoT platforms and edge computing devices Deep expertise with Ignition by Inductive Automation Experience working in GMP-regulated environments Familiarity with validation protocols IQ/OQ/PQ Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in OT environments Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
