Job Summary

Project Overview

Client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design build and enhance Salesforce solutions that support business objectives. This role focuses on delivering scalable features improving system performance and ensuring smooth integrations across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable high-performance Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations and development across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Identify and implement platform enhancements new features and bug fixes to optimize system performance.
Communicate with technical stakeholders to share updates address challenges and propose improvements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of Salesforce development experience including work with integrations data visualizations and complex technical requirements.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Experience Sites.
Strong development skills in Aura Lightning Web Components (LWC) Flows JSON XML JavaScript and SOQL.
Experience working in Agile environments and with tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
Understanding of Salesforce security standards and data compliance processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Clear communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
Preferred: Experience with Account Engagement/Pardot functionality.
