Job Summary

Job Title :Mainframe COBOL Lead Developer (JCL DB2/IDMS)

Location: Albany New York(Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Qualifications:

Develop maintain and enhance mainframe applications using COBOL.
Create and maintain JCL scripts for batch processing.
Design implement and manage IBM DB2 and IDMS databases.
Participate in requirements gathering system analysis and solution design for complex multi-tiered systems.
Write and maintain technical design specification documents for component-based systems.
Perform unit integration and system testing to ensure application quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
Mentor junior staff on coding standards best practices and system performance optimization.
Monitor and optimize application performance.
