- Financial and administrative competence with the ability to manage budgets and performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for staff suppliers and client engagement
Key Responsibilities:
Workshop Operations & Maintenance
- Plan coordinate and manage daily workshop activities
- Oversee repairs and maintenance with a focus on quality and minimum downtime
- Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance across all agricultural equipment
Spares & Inventory Management
- Procure and manage spare parts and components
- Maintain accurate stock levels records and controls
- Support clients with spares custom builds repairs and technical guidance
Financial & Performance Management
- Manage workshop budgeting cost control and profitability
- Maintain accurate pricing quotes and operational reporting
- Improve efficiency workflow and workshop performance
Customer & Sales Support
- Engage with clients suppliers and internal teams
- Provide technical insights on designs and specifications
- Promote workshop services and support sales/marketing initiatives
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead motivate and develop a skilled technical team
- Uphold SHEQ standards and ensure regulatory compliance
