Job Summary
Introduction
POSITION: IT Project Manager
INDUSTRY: Information Technology
SALARIES: Up to R700k p/a

Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope goals deliverables and success criteria
- Develop detailed project plans schedules and resource allocations
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments
- Lead cross-functional project teams including developers analysts and external vendors
- Manage day-to-day project activities and track progress against milestones
- Implement project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall as applicable)
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate updated and stored appropriately
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Manage project budgets track expenditures and ensure financial compliance
- Conduct quality checks and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate project meetings provide progress reports and escalate issues where necessary
- Manage change requests and ensure alignment with business priorities
- Conduct project reviews and ensure lessons learned are documented
- Oversee training support handovers and ensure system stability post-deployment
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications & Experience required:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Project Management or related field
- Project Management certification
- Minimum of 3 years experience in managing IT or software development projects
Package & Remuneration
