Job Description:
Responsible for design and development of embedded flash macros using SST Superflash technologies
Responsible for block analog circuit design logic design and full-chip simulation
Responsible for EMIR verification and parasitic extraction
Support the testing and silicon validation
Requirements/Qualifications:
Basic understanding of circuit design (RC circuits Kirchoffs Law frequency response)
Knowledge of Semiconductor Physics and Process preferred
Knowledge of analog circuit design is a positive
Knowledge of script language (Perl Python Tcl etc.) is a plus
Familiar to layout is a plus
Fluency in Vietnamese and English
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering.
