Job Summary
Review and sign results of complicated tests or the tests with abnormal observation before sending them to CS team to prepare reports for clients timely and/or report to Manager to get advices.
Study and review test methods SOP clients manuals and prepare the proper resources to ensure that jobs are conducted in compliance with required methods/ SOP/ manuals.
Study new test methods to be developed improve current methods and assign the tasks to his/her technical team. Summarize the validation/verification process before it is reviewed by Lab manager.
Train the test methods and instruments operation for technical team
Responsible for quality management system (ISO 17025) including: Keep lab activities (test methods SOP WS records QC practices instruments etc.) controlled maintained and updated
Ensure day-to-day compliance in HSE & Quality management system (SOP forms guidelines equipment calibration ISO17025 etc.) and escalate potential operation risk.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Lab Managers.
Qualifications :
At least 4 years of experience outside SGS of the same field.
University graduate in: Chemistry
