Role Purpose & Success Outcomes
Purpose: Ensure efficient accurate and compliant packaging operations for finished goods.

Packing standards comply with customer requirements

Packaging costs and material usage are controlled
Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily packing operations

Develop and document packing procedures
-
Coordinate with production QA and logistics teams
-
Monitor packaging material inventory
-
Enforce safety standards within the department
Candidate Profile
-
Diploma or higher in Manufacturing or Operations
-
3 years experience in garment footwear or bag manufacturing
-
Packaging material knowledge is a nice-to-have
-
English communication required
