Job Summary
We need closers who excel in consultative sales and can simultaneously direct casting decisions for a rapidly growing TV network.
WHAT YOULL DO (Day-to-Day)
Strategic Sales Calls:
Manage 1215 daily consults with business owners.
Explain the ROI and credibility gains of TV features.
Casting Direction:
Evaluate applicants brand narratives and camera readiness.
Decide who advances into casting and production.
Pipeline Management:
Accurate CRM updates
Adherence to reporting structures
Daily performance tracking
Professional Representation:
Function as a credible advisor to entrepreneurs seeking scale.
