Position: Occupational Therapist
Pay Range: $85000 -100000 (Depending on experience)
Summary: Occupational therapists treat patients through the therapeutic use of everyday activities. Youll help patients develop recover improve as well as maintain the skills needed for daily living and working.

EssentialFunctions andResponsibilities:
- Execute individual treatment plans for patients
- Conduct thorough evaluation including conducting standardized assessments for pediatric and adult patients.
- Supervise one (1) to two (2) Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in compliance with current CA Board standards
- Regularlymeasureclinical signs and symptoms to determine effectiveness of treatment progression towards goals projected discharge dates.
- Complete all necessary documentation using the Companys electronic record system within the expected timeframe.
- Educateand trainfamiliesaboutvarious OT techniques and strategies.
- Meet minimum utilization goal of no less than 85% each month/ other business objectives as required.
- Collaborate with peers in other disciplines within Ensemble Therapy for clients who are seen for multiple services
- Must be willing to completeOccupationalTherapy treatments both in-person and via telehealth (if clinically appropriate)
Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required:
- Current knowledge of treatment practices and a drive to continually learn about and explore new treatment practices that may benefit our clients
- Must have a strong/ability desire to work with a wide array of patients (age race ethnicityetc)
- Able to be highly flexible and agile (we are living and working in a very dynamic time right now)
- Able to be highly collaborative team-oriented and customer service driven
Licensing/Credential and/or Education Requirements:
- Masters degree from an accredited school or program.
- Current Occupational TherapyLicensefrom the California Board of Occupational Therapy (CBOT)
- Current Registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand walk and sit frequently or for prolonged periods of time. Additionally physical
abilities include lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling stooping/crouching reaching/handling/fingering
talking/hearing conversations and near/far visual acuity/depth perception/color vision/field of
vision.
