Job Summary
Manage the development and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Sr. Principal Technical Program Manager to join our Operations & Programs this role you will lead strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence governance and cross-functional alignment across OCIs global cloud ecosystem. You will play a critical part in enhancing organizational efficiency and employee engagement by identifying opportunities for improvement implementing scalable solutions and ensuring successful execution.
The ideal candidate brings deep program management expertise and a strong understanding of cloud operations enabling OCI to deliver secure reliable and cost-efficient services worldwide.

Identify opportunities to improve employee engagement collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive actionable initiatives and report progress to management regularly.
Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance organizational efficiency by developing and executing action plans with defined KPIs and tracking performance to meet business objectives.
Provide value-added business analysis to leadership by identifying notable trends highlighting risks or areas for improvement and recommending actionable solutions.
Proactively address complex problems including those involving visible and emerging risks roadblocks or conflicting constraints.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills enabling effective engagement with senior business leaders and cross-functional colleagues.
Maintain excellent attention to detail leveraging data-driven insights to identify issues and drive swift resolution.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109200 to $223400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience market conditions and locations as well as reflect Oracles differing products industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
