Job Summary

Safely transport caddies and employees to various resort locations while using a company shuttle. This position will work weekends.

Bandon Dunes is a world-class golf resort located on the Oregon Coast near the charming community of Bandon. Guests come to experience golf as it was meant to be at Bandon Dunes six distinct golf courses. That includes five 18-hole courses which all rank among the top 16 public courses in the United States according to Golf Digest. The resort is also home to an award-winning par-3 course Bandon Preserve. A second par-3 course Shortys will open in 2024. The two short courses are Courses with a Mission with all net proceeds funding the Bandon Dunes Charitable Foundation. The Foundation supports communities along the South Coast of Oregon.

What Youll Do:

Safely and efficiently transporting employees and caddies to various locations within the resort.
Assisting with loading and unloading bags and luggage from shuttle buses.
Ensuring the cleanliness and proper maintenance of shuttle buses including checking fuel levels and scheduling regular servicing.
Adhering to and enforcing resort policies and procedures as necessary.
Interacting in a positive and professional manner with employees caddies and guests addressing their questions and resolving any issues that may arise.
Performing other related duties as assigned.

What Were Looking For:

Valid Oregon Drivers license with a clean driving record meets our company policys standards for operating a motor vehicle.
Applicants must successfully pass a background check drivers check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
Positive attitude professional manner and well-groomed appearance in all situations.
Ability to analyze and solve problems handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision and work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
Strong interpersonal communication skills demonstrating the ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals effectively.
