Job Summary
Job Description
JMJ Group Holding is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead and manage end-to-end design activities across construction and development projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong architectural expertise creative vision and hands-on experience in delivering high-quality design-worthy projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead manage and review the design process from concept to final delivery.
Coordinate with architects consultants and contractors to ensure design integrity and project alignment.
Oversee design development ensure compliance with project requirements and maintain quality standards.
Provide technical design input and ensure all drawings plans and specifications meet regulatory and industry standards.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver innovative and functional design solutions.
Manage timelines design revisions and approvals to support smooth project execution.
Review materials finishes and design details to ensure consistency with project vision.
Ensure all design documents align with construction feasibility and budget expectations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field (Master’s preferred).
8 years of architectural design experience preferably in reputable real estate hotel or design firms.
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end design projects.
Experience managing complete design cycles on construction-focused projects.
Proficiency in design software and architectural tools.
Excellent coordination stakeholder management and communication skills.
