The following position may be available for the 25-26 school year:

Registered Behavior Technician

ElementaryLevel

Qualifications:

Registered Behavior Technician Certification: required (or ability to acquire within 30 days)
High school diploma required; 2 years college degree desired
Excellent interpersonal skills
Effective communication skills
Experience working with special needs students desired

Requirements:

RBTs will use ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) strategies with students.
Provide direct care to students in a one-on-one or group setting to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatments
Collect and record data on student behavior.
Collaborate communicate and assist with the implementation of positive behavior support plans.
Provide a safe and supportive environment for students.
Assist in de-escalation of students exhibiting behavior.
Flexibly respond to building needs in the area of social emotional and behavioral learning.
Other duties as assigned.

Hourly Rate:$27.92
