Inside Sales Specialist

As an Inside Sales Specialist youll play a key role in supporting our customers remotely ensuring they get the most out of our innovative diagnostic solutions.

What youll do

• Manage a defined portfolio of laboratory clients remotely with primary responsibility for customers in Norway and Denmark driving customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Act as the main point of contact for inquiries orders and support requests

• Collaborate with internal teams (service field sales order management) to ensure smooth operations

• Identify opportunities to expand Abbotts solutions and improve customer efficiency

• Monitor account performance and take action to maintain high customer satisfaction (NPS)

• Support field teams with quotations and backlog management

What you bring

• A good level of Norwegian Danish and English

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Interest in sales and customer success

• Experience in inside sales or customer support is a plus

• Background in Life Sciences Medical Technology or similar fields is an advantage

• Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
