Job Description

As a Technical Deployment Specialist youll bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution. Youll lead customers through complex implementations integrations and automations translating goals into scalable data-driven solutions that deliver real business value.

Youll shape how customers use data automation and process design to run smarter and scale faster. Working closely with Sales CS and Product youll ensure every deployment creates lasting impact and sets the foundation for growth.

In this role you will:

Lead customer deployments: Own the full lifecycle of Planhat implementations from scoping and design to configuration integration and go-live.
Translate strategy into execution: Work with commercial and technical stakeholders to define success and design scalable solutions that make it happen.
Integrate and automate: Build intelligent workflows and AI-powered automations that connect the customers full tech stack unifying data and processes to drive clarity and efficiency.
Enable smarter decisions: Use Planhats AI and analytics capabilities to help customers see patterns act faster and scale what works.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Sales CS and Product to deliver seamless deployments and continuously improve how we create impact.
