Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff families and students.
- Inspire motivate listen and conduct training sessions for staff on various educational topics incorporating guest speakers as needed.
- Demonstrate familiarity with K-12 Common Core standards and implement them into lesson planning.
- Work collaboratively with parents instructors and vendors to ensure a seamless experience.
- Observe classroom instruction and provide feedback to teachers.
- Develop and monitor individualized learning plans to ensure adherence to established guidelines.
- Familiarize oneself with test-prep strategies and interpret test results.
- Conduct assessments and research to determine the most beneficial curriculum for each students educational objectives.
- Develop and implement innovative programs to support students academic growth and the organizations overall success.
- Educational Background: A Bachelors degree in Education Educational Leadership or a related field is preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an educational leadership role with a proven track record of success.
- Minimum of 3 years of classroom teaching experience (not including tutoring).
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to support staff students and families.
- Background Check: Successful completion of a thorough background check.
