Pay: $16 $19 per hour based on experience and qualifications
Schedule: Full-Time Monday Friday
- Foster a loving and safe classroom where toddlers (ages 12 years) can explore learn and grow.
- Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum to support physical social and cognitive milestones.
- Plan and lead engaging age-appropriate activities that promote early language motor skills and curiosity.
- Maintain strong communication with families through daily reports and progress updates.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to ensure a fun organized and positive classroom experience.
- A passion for early childhood education and helping toddlers discover the world around them.
- Experience in a childcare daycare or preschool environment preferred.
- Strong teamwork communication and classroom management skills.
- Must meet Virginia state licensing requirements for Toddler Teachers including required training and background checks.
