RN Patient Care Group Manager

Trustbridge Hospice a part of Empath Health is seeking a caring and motivated RN Manager to work with us managing our Interdisciplinary patient care group in Boynton Beach while providing exceptional care on the following schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am 5:00pm

What Youll do

• Supports and carries out the organizations mission vision and values on a consistent basis.
• Serves as a professional leader in assessing planning guiding and evaluating patient care.
• Interacts with management physicians and field staff utilizing a teamwork approach.
• Assists with training and evaluation of all team clinical personnel; and maintenance/development of the clinical record

What Youll Need

• Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Florida.
• BSN preferred
• Hospice certification preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• One year of recent leadership experience in hospice oncology medical/surgical or home health public/health geriatric care experience preferred.
• Expertise in support skills palliative care and educational techniques.
• Basic computer skills and EMR software experience a plus.
