Description
The Chief People Leader will serve as a key member of the executive team and the architect of the organizations people strategy. This role is responsible for designing systems that strengthen culture elevate talent and enable scalable high-performance growth. The ideal candidate blends strategic vision with operational depth ensuring the organization remains both people-centered and performance-driven.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to design and execute a people strategy that supports growth while preserving cultural integrity.
- Lead organizational design leadership development and succession planning across a multi-entity or complex structure.
- Foster a high-trust high-accountability culture aligned with organizational values and principles such as EOS or similar operating frameworks.
- Build and refine systems for recruitment goal setting and performance management to ensure the organization has the right people in the right roles.
- Oversee equitable market-based and performance-linked compensation and rewards programs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant federal state and local employment regulations.
- Modernize HR operations through technology analytics and automation to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and the board on all people-related matters.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field; Masters degree preferred.
- 10 years of progressive HR leadership including 5 years in a senior or enterprise-level role.
- Proven experience leading HR strategy within a growth-oriented performance-driven environment.
- Expertise in organizational design change management and leadership development.
- Strong ability to influence and build alignment across diverse teams or business units.
- Familiarity with EOS or similar operating systems preferred.
- Experience with HR technology implementation analytics and process automation.
- Strong business acumen sound judgment and executive presence.
