About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citcos core business and ouralternative asset and accounting service is one of the industrys mostrespected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions meansour people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
Responsibilities
Your Role:
- Overall leadership and coaching of all staff including Data Processors Database Management and ECM Staff as well as direct management of supervisors within each team.
- Lead and mentor team members while providing guidance in accomplishing department goals
- Create and maintain acceptable service levels for key areas of responsibility
- Create an environment of co-operation and initiative through appropriate delegation empowerment training and motivation.
- Anticipate and resolve work problems and exercise sound judgment to make appropriate.
- Contribute to the roll out and success of the Global processing initiative working closely with colleagues in multiple locations globally.
- Assess areas of risk on each team and within the department and implement processes to address areas of concern.
- Identify opportunities to enhance technologyand automate procedures to limit or eliminate manual processes.
- Assist in the developing a global forum dedicated to sharing best practices and improving processing standards.
Qualifications
About You:
- Degree in Business/Accounting/Finance/Economics or any related course
- 5 years experience in Financial Services preferably Investor Relations Back office and/or Client Service related
- 3 years experience managing people
- Financial/trading/banking experience or knowledge of Hedge/Mutual Funds an advantage
- knowledge of compliance and regulatory issues and anti-money laundering policies
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word Excel PowerPoint etc.).
