Position: Drive the design and development of new Appian product features developing customer-facing solutions applying exp with Appian SAIL and leading delivery of multiple feature iterations for a major product area. Work AI and IDP features across the full product lifecycle from concept evaluation to customer implementation support. Apply Generative AI and LLMs to solve complex business problems including unstructured data extraction from long-form documents. Operate as the Product Owner within a scrum team to drive execution of the product vision and delivery of high quality features owning the quarterly plan and prioritizing the feature backlog for a major product area. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand market demand to generate and get buy-in on product vision and priorities and with other roles to ensure product success including but not limited to marketing professional services UX software engineers quality engineers and technical writing. Demonstrate feature increments at sprint review meetings. Mentor junior product managers and interview product manager candidates.

Requirements: Bachelors degree in CS or related min. 2 years of experience with product management or consulting in an enterprise software environment.
