Key Responsibilities
-
Guide and coach Agile teams on Scrum practices principles and frameworks.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning Daily Standups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.

Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder team progress.
-
Foster an environment of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement.

Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization.
-
Track and report team performance metrics (velocity burn-down cycle time etc.).
-
Protect the team from scope creep external interruptions and unplanned work.
-
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and aligned expectations.

Drive adoption of Agile best practices and contribute to organizational Agile maturity.

Coach team members on self-organization and cross-functionality.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelors degree in IT Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).

8 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban Lean).

Experience working with Agile project management tools (Jira Azure DevOps Rally etc.).

Excellent communication facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.

Ability to identify and resolve team and process issues.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) PSM I/II or equivalent Agile certifications.
-
Experience leading multiple Scrum teams simultaneously.
-
Familiarity with SAFe LeSS or other scaled Agile frameworks.

Background in software development or IT project management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
