Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: - Develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy aligned with the Channels business objectives.

- Collaborate with the senior leadership to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement
Team Leadership and Development: - Manage Coach and Mentor a team of Zonal Leaders Trainers and Induction Trainers fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for Team members growth.

- Identify and recommend training tools technologies and resources to enhance the training process.
Stakeholder Engagement: - Collaborate with various departments including HR Sales and Operations to identify training needs and ensure alignment with Channels goals.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to gather feedback and drive improvements.
- Ensure complete stakeholder alignment to all trainings across all cohorts
Training Delivery: - Responsible for the blended training delivery - Virtual delivery Classroom and/or digital videos podcasts etc.

Digital Learning: - Responsible for the development maintenance and management of the digital learning environment.
