About the Role
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline to hit monthly targets.
- Present to and consultatively sell to C-Suite executives Purchasing Managers Office Managers Owners and individuals who purchase print materials and promotional items on behalf of the organization.
- Provide a smooth transition from first interaction to customer agreement to account handoff to our Account Management Teams.
- Work with sales leadership marketing and product teams to identify industry trends and prioritize customer feedback.
Your Qualifications
- 1-3 years of sales-related experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work well both independently and in a team setting.
- A self-motivated strong influencing results-oriented mindset.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Pay attention to details.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German andEnglish are a must.
Nice to Have
- Previous sales or marketing internship experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of and/or ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Trained in sales methodologies such as Sandler or Challenger
