Job Description
Were hiring a Product Manager to join our cross-functional product team working on our IoT measurement technology customer app and digital portal. Youll be responsible for uncovering real user problems validating solutions early and delivering measurable outcomes that drive business impact.
This is not a feature factory. Were looking for someone who thinks in outcomes not outputs. Someone whos driven by discovery data and curiosity and who thrives in close collaboration with design and engineering.
What youll do
- Lead continuous product discovery through interviews tests and prototypes
- Frame and prioritize problems based on real user needs and business goals
- Translate company strategy into clear product direction and team-level initiatives
- Align designers engineers and stakeholders around shared goals
- Define and track success metrics (e.g. activation rate retention device stability)
- Drive end-to-end delivery ensuring quality clarity and focus
What were looking for
- Experience in product or adjacent roles
- Strong user empathy and a track record of discovery work
- Outcome-oriented mindset you talk KPIs not just features
- Technical fluency you dont code but speak dev
- Curiosity initiative and a bias for action
- Fluent in German & English (C2)
Bonus points
- Experience with IoT mobile apps or B2B SaaS products
- Familiar with tools like fake doors usability tests or cycle time tracking
- Worked in empowered product teams with design & engineering
