KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5-8 years experience in business analysis performance management data or systems integration systems implementation.
- Bachelors degree in data science statistics business finance economics or related field.
- Excellent technical skills including advanced proficiency in Excel PowerBI Tableau; exposure to automation tools or scripting (Python SQL) a plus
- Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Experience with data integration from multiple sources data architecture or platform integration a plus.
- Exceptional ability to craft executive-level presentations and narratives; proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Skilled at influencing and aligning stakeholders across functions.
WHAT YOULL WORK ON
- Build and maintain automated reporting solutions for week-end month-end and quarter-end performance tracking.
- Partner with Reporting team to develop scalable dashboards prototypes and tools to monitor priority product performance.
- Partner with Global and Technology teams to standardize reporting and enable data integration.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple platforms.
- Support ad hoc data analysis requests to inform strategic decisions.
