2nd Line Support Engineer

Salary: 35000 - 40000

Location: Maidstone

About the Role

Our client is a small IT Consultancy who are looking to hire a2nd Line Support Engineeron a permanent basis.

This is working for an IT Consultancy the company is based in Maidstone and the role is office based with the occasional client visit who are all local but you would need to have access to a car and a Full UK licence.

Skills Required

Excellent communication skills
High level of Customer Service skills
Hardware PC and Laptop builds
Software configuration deign and installs
Exchange and Microsoft 365 active directory DNS DHCP etc.
Experience of Intune configuration and management
Experience with Microsoft Azure environment and systems
Understanding of virtualization technologies (Hyper-V)
Excellent understanding of networking switches routers VLANS Wireless etc.
Excellent documentation Skills
Good Knowledge of SharePoint
Knowledge of scripting tools (PowerShell)
Good knowledge of troubleshooting hardware including UPS NAS Printers
Full clean driver license
