About the Role

As our Money Coach youll play a key role in helping clients understand their spending feel in control of their money and take practical steps toward becoming mortgage-ready.

This is a hands-on people-focused role perfect for someone with junior to mid-level experience in lending banking mortgage support or financial services who loves helping others succeed.

One day you might be speaking with a client whos overwhelmed by budgeting the next youll be reviewing bank statements to identify savings opportunities and the next youll be cheering on someone whos just hit their first major milestone.

Youll guide clients through a structured coaching program that helps them:

• Build better money habits
• Improve their savings
• Reduce unnecessary spending
• Get prepared for loan pre-approval
• Move confidently into their property investment journey

Youll work closely with our Mortgage Brokers Strategy Team and Client Success Team to ensure every client gets the right support at the right time.

What Youll Bring

• Experience in mortgage broking lending support banking property management financial services or similar
• A solid understanding of personal finance basics budgeting spending categories savings habits
• Confidence reading bank statements and spotting spending patterns
• Warm clear communication skills you enjoy helping people and breaking concepts down simply
• Strong organisation and the ability to keep clients accountable and on track
• A positive mindset and passion for helping everyday Australians improve their financial wellbeing
• Comfort with digital tools (budgeting apps CRMs online banking tools)
