We are now hiring a Training & Onboarding Analyst to play a key role in the experience of every new hire at Shapely. This person will ensure new team members are fully trained technically enabled and confident using the tools and systems they need from day one. The ideal candidate is highly organized tech-savvy detail-oriented and comfortable teaching others across a wide range of software used in a modern telehealth environment.
Responsibilities
The Training & Onboarding Analyst will play a key role in ensuring every new hire is fully equipped to succeed from day one. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading live training sessions for new hires on Shapelys core platforms (EMR/EHR systems telehealth tools communication tools Workspace etc.) and ensuring they gain confidence using each system.
Guiding new hires through completing internal forms workflows and operational processes during their first days.
Coordinating the technical setup for new hires including account creation system access profile setup and routing technical issues to IT when needed.
Building organizing and maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS) ensuring training modules guides SOPs and quizzes remain accurate and up to date.
Create training materials including internal video tutorials for our learning management system educational slides and documented standard operating procedures
Serving as the first point of contact for basic troubleshooting and directing more complex issues to the appropriate team while following up to ensure resolution.
Collaborating cross-functionally with HR IT Operations Clinical and Support teams to keep onboarding workflows consistent clear and efficient.
Assisting with additional training initiatives across Sales Dietitians and Patient Support when needed such as updating SOPs or delivering process refreshers.
Requirements
2 years of experience in training onboarding HR operations customer success or a similar role.
Strong proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and telehealth or healthcare-related platforms.
Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written).
Nice to have: Experience with video recording and editing (basic or intermediate level).
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
High attention to detail strong organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Experience supporting users or teams through troubleshooting and tool adoption.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple time zones.
Comfortable working with distributed teams in a fast-paced environment.
