Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Graphic Designer to join the Splace Bpo team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing visually engaging designs for both digital and print use supporting our branding marketing and operational needs. The role requires a keen eye for visual consistency and the ability to execute design tasks efficiently within brand standards.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create visually appealing graphics for digital platforms (e.g. social media email campaigns websites) and print materials.
- Support branding and marketing initiatives by developing various visual assets including layouts stitch-style designs and PDFs.
- Ensure all graphic outputs are consistent with established brand guidelines and aesthetic requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to deliver design solutions that meet project objectives.
- Maintain and manage the companys digital assets and design files.
- Ability to take direction from a higher-level designer and execute smaller design tasks quickly.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio of relevant work to demonstrate expertise.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is required (Illustrator InDesign and other Adobe Creative Suite tools are a strong plus).
- Strong understanding of typography color theory and layout principles.
- Detail-oriented with a proven track record of maintaining visual consistency.
- Experience designing for both print and digital platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple small projects at once.
- Familiarity with basic UI/UX principles is preferred.

Additional Information
- Rate: P300 per hour.
- Work Arrangement: The role is part-time with the potential to grow to full-time based on business needs and performance.
Required Skills:
Experience with specific platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Encompass LendingQB CashAssist) Knowledge of lending regulations (FDIC CFPB GLBA etc.) Familiarity with KYC/AML processes and risk management
Required Education:
Bachelors degree in finance or a related field
