Job Summary

Description

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content and establishing a strong brand presence across various digital platforms. This role requires a combination of creativity strategic thinking and collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute design projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the creative authority for SuperStaff driving brand consistency while fostering innovative design solutions.
Conceptualize and create high-quality graphics illustrations and other creative materials for web social media and digital marketing campaigns.
Support marketing sales HR and administrative teams with visually compelling design deliverables.
Manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
Establish and maintain creative direction and brand guidelines for the company.
Design and animate motion graphics tailored for social media and digital platforms.
Create and edit videos for marketing campaigns social media and other digital content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout all project phases ensuring a cohesive and effective brand message.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance design output and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field.
4 years of experience in graphic design preferably in a senior role.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects Premiere Pro).
Strong knowledge of typography color theory layout design and branding principles.
Experience in motion graphics animation and video creation/editing.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with UI/UX design is a plus.
