Operational Performance & Project Implementation
- Lead the full IBS production lifecycle and project execution ensuring quality standards cost efficiency and timely delivery.
- Drive process enhancements and automation initiatives to boost productivity and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure all operations adhere to regulatory requirements safety protocols and sustainability standards.
Team Development & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with the CEO Board of Directors and key stakeholders to advance overall business objectives.
- Maintain strong partnerships with government authorities contractors and suppliers to enable business growth.
- Lead and develop a high-performing IBS team cultivating a culture of innovation and ongoing improvement.
Requirements
- Possesses a Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Brings over 10 years of experience in construction modular building or IBS including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrates strong commercial insight with proven experience in P&L management business development and strategic planning.
