JOB PURPOSE/OVERVIEW/SUMMARY:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Associate Human Resource with 2 to 3 years of experience in core HR functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills a positive attitude and the ability to handle the daily HR operations of the organization efficiently. This role involves both recruitment responsibilities and generalist HR support activities along with regular involvement in attendance and leave management.
KEY DELIVERABLES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing screening resumes shortlisting candidates scheduling interviews and conducting HR discussions.
Publish job postings on various hiring platforms and social media.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align hiring needs with organizational goals.
Maintain candidate pipeline recruitment trackers and documentation.
Support new hire onboarding and induction processes.
HR Operations & Generalist Activities
Manage daily attendance tracking leave updates and maintain HR records.
Coordinate with employees to collect required attendance inputs and resolve attendance-related queries.
Maintain and update HRIS/attendance systems.
Support payroll processing by sharing accurate attendance and leave data.
Assist in preparing HR letters such as offer letters appointment letters confirmation letters etc.
Handle employee queries with professionalism and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain employee files and ensure proper documentation.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement initiatives celebrations and events.
Support internal communication related to HR activities and updates.
Actively contribute to building a positive work environment.

Requirements
KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
MSW (Master of Social Work) with specialization in Human Resources.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in core HR functions including recruitment attendance & leave management and HR operations.
Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and HRIS systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Basic understanding of HR processes statutory compliances and labor regulations.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools (HRMS).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
