Job Summary

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead corporate sales for Group Medical Cover (GMC) policies. The role involves end-to-end B2B sales relationship management with corporate decision-makers and delivering customized health insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and convert corporate leads for Group Health Insurance.

  • Build strong relationships with HR heads CXOs and admin teams.

  • Conduct sales presentations negotiate terms and close deals.

  • Work with insurance partners to create tailored health insurance plans including OPD and wellness solutions.

  • Meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

  • Oversee client onboarding documentation and service support.

  • Upsell and cross-sell other general insurance and OPD offerings.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).

  • 26 years of B2B sales experience; insurance/financial services preferred.

  • Experience in GMC or employee benefits is a strong advantage.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred:

  • Existing corporate HR/admin network.

  • Understanding of IRDAI regulations.

  • Experience managing large accounts and renewals.

  • Knowledge of the Bangalore market.
