Job Title: Senior Talent IT Sourcer Contract to Hire (Gurgaon WFO)

Shift: General Shift (9:00 AM 6:30 PM)
Work Mode: WFO Gurgaon
Contract: 6 Months (C2H) Possible extension/absorption

You will play a critical role in identifying top IT talent building talent pipelines and partnering closely with hiring teams to meet business hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
Source & engage potential IT candidates across LinkedIn GitHub Slack job portals referrals & networks.
Build strong pipelines for niche IT skills.
Use Boolean X-Ray search & social sourcing to find passive talent.
Maintain structured candidate databases & records.
Re-engage past applicants for current roles.
Promote employer brand on social platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams for immediate hiring needs.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in IT sourcing / technical recruiting.
Excellent understanding of sourcing strategies & talent mapping.
Expertise in Boolean search job portals & social platforms.
Ability to pitch roles effectively & engage passive candidates.
Strong communication & time-management skills.
Comfortable working in a WFO C2H environment.
