Job Summary
We are recruiting on behalf of Elevate Global an award-winning international events and staffing agency working with major global brands including Nespresso Formula 1 Meta Disney Coca-Cola and many more.
Elevate is looking for a German-speaking Staffing Executive (DACH Market) to join their London team. You will support recruitment scheduling staff coordination and campaign delivery across Germany Austria and Switzerland. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys people-focused work fast-moving environments and supporting well-known brand activations.
You will work closely with the Staffing Manager senior staffing teams and project managers to ensure talent is recruited briefed supported and scheduled effectively for campaigns across the DACH region.
Requirements
Native or fluent German (written and spoken)
Strong English communication skills
Confident phone manner and ability to build rapport quickly
Excellent organisation prioritisation and time-management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced people-focused environment
Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Comfortable giving direction and supporting field teams
Positive proactive and solutions-focused attitude
Nice to have
Experience in staffing recruitment HR events or operations
Experience working across the DACH market
Experience handling logistics schedules or large-scale campaigns
