Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Director to lead the technical vision guide multiple development teams and ensure the successful delivery of enterprise-grade software solutions. This role requires a strong mix of strategic leadership and hands-on technical expertise working across several concurrent client projects.

Role Overview
You will define technical direction establish architectural standards mentor senior engineers and serve as a key technical advisor for client engagements. You will collaborate with stakeholders oversee system architecture and ensure high-quality execution across all delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Technical and Strategic Leadership
Define and drive the organizations technical vision and architecture standards.
Lead solution design technology evaluations and high-level system architecture.
Provide hands-on guidance for complex integrations and critical technical decisions.

Team Leadership
Mentor Technical Leads and senior developers.
Conduct architecture reviews promote best practices and strengthen engineering culture.
Build technical capabilities through coaching and knowledge-sharing.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the technical counterpart for executive client relationships.
Present technical roadmaps and translate business requirements into solutions.
Lead discovery sessions and manage technical risks across projects.

Delivery Oversight
Ensure high-quality software delivery within scope and timelines.
Collaborate with project managers on estimations and resource planning.
Oversee code quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
10 years of software development experience.
5 years in technical leadership (Director Principal Architect Engineering Manager).
Strong background in enterprise projects or digital agencies.
Expert (C# .NET Core/6) and cloud architecture (Azure).
Deep knowledge of microservices API design (REST/GraphQL) and integration patterns.
Solid experience with databases (SQL Server PostgreSQL) CI/CD DevOps and infrastructure as code.
Understanding of security authentication (OAuth Azure AD) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Excellent communication leadership and strategic decision-making skills.
