As a Senior Management Accountant youll deliver high-quality financial analysis and reporting that informs executive decisions. Youll lead planning cycles forecasting and performance metrics ensuring alignment with organisational goals. This is a chance to influence outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement across Finance.
What Youll Do
- Coordinate annual planning and forecasting cycles ensuring targets align with strategic objectives
- Deliver accurate and insightful management reports for senior leadership and Board updates
- Develop and maintain enterprise scorecards and performance metrics to track progress
- Provide expert advice on financial impacts of business changes supporting informed decisions
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within financial reporting frameworks
- Build strong relationships across Finance and business units to enhance reporting quality
What Youll Bring
- Degree in Finance Accounting or equivalent experience; CPA or CA qualifications desirable
- Advanced financial modelling and data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Experience preparing executive-level reports and managing complex financial processes
- Strong knowledge of finance systems (TM1 Oracle) and ability to leverage data for insights
- Exceptional communication skills to present complex information clearly to stakeholders
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within tight deadlines
