Shift: Variable Days 12-hour shifts 36 hours/week
Pay Rate: $40 $45/hour
Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our long-term care team. This role involves providing skilled nursing care to residents in a supportive patient-centered environment. Competitive pay and flexible day shifts are offered to fit your schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor resident health status and promptly report changes to the healthcare team.
Assist residents with activities of daily living ensuring comfort and safety.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in resident medical records.
Collaborate with RNs physicians and other healthcare staff to implement individualized care plans.
Educate residents and families on health management and care routines.
Respond promptly to emergencies and resident needs.
Qualifications:
Current LPN license in Alaska.
Previous experience in long-term care or nursing home settings preferred.
Ability to work 12-hour day shifts on a flexible schedule.
