Your Mission: Acquisition Confidence and Persistence
As an Acquisition Executive your primary mission is to aggressively drive new partner acquisitions. This is an outside sales role designed for a hungry energetic professional who thrives on high-volume activity and face-to-face networking. You will be pitching a high-value complex investment model to successful entrepreneursthe best real estate agents in your market.
While first-year earnings typically start north of $70000 your compensation is tied directly to your production offering a clear path to high-six-figure income for top performers.
The top performers have opportunity to grow with Fusion and become a team leader sales trainer or executive based on their skill sets.

The Acquisition Grind
This role demands a fanatical obsession with success and the ability to operate autonomously. You must be proactive present ideas with absolute confidence and treat rejection at high volume as part of the process.
Your main responsibilities involve diving headfirst into the community to source and close deals:
Proactive Lead Generation: You will not wait for the phone to ring. You must actively penetrate the market using methods that require grit and persistence including:
Targeted Cold Calling and digital outreach.
Visiting local Real Estate Brokerages.
Networking at Open Houses and Industry Events.
Strategic Door Knocking in key territories.
High-Stakes Presentation & Negotiation: Confidently present the Fusion investment model to successful agents. You must be able to manage difficult high-level conversations and guide strong-willed individuals to embrace our unique transformative perspective.
