The OEE Improvement Specialist is responsible for analyzing evaluating and improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to enhance productivity reduce costs and ensure product quality. This position requires a deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes data analysis skills and a passion for continuous improvement. The OEE Improvement Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify OEE bottlenecks develop improvement plans and monitor implementation to achieve or exceed production goals.
*Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Evaluation:
Collect organize and analyze OEE-related data including availability performance efficiency and quality yield.
Use statistical analysis tools and methods to identify key influencing factors and bottlenecks in OEE.
Generate regular OEE reports and communicate analysis results to relevant departments.
Improvement Plan Development and Implementation:
Based on OEE analysis results develop specific improvement plans including goals strategies and timelines.
Collaborate with engineering production maintenance and other departments to jointly implement improvement plans.
Monitor the progress of improvement plan implementation and make adjustments based on actual conditions.
Continuous Improvement:
Promote a culture of continuous improvement encouraging employees to participate in OEE improvement activities.
Regularly evaluate OEE improvement results and look for opportunities for further improvement.
Research the latest OEE improvement technologies and methods and apply them to actual production.
Other Responsibilities:
Participate in equipment acceptance and commissioning to ensure equipment meets OEE standards.
Provide OEE-related training to enhance employees OEE awareness and skills.
Comply with company safety regulations to ensure a safe production environment.
