Overview:
Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for international assignees (expats impats and short-term assignments) across multiple countries. This role ensures accuracy compliance and timely delivery while collaborating with Global Mobility tax vendors and local payroll teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll for international assignees including salary changes allowances tax adjustments and shadow payroll.
- Coordinate with tax vendors (e.g. EY) for payroll instruction reports tax inputs and year-end activities.
- Ensure adherence to compliance requirements and internal policies.
- Maintain data accuracy prepare reports conduct variance analysis and track KPIs.
- Manage year-end reporting off-cycle payments and final settlements.
- Collaborate with Global Mobility HR Finance and local payroll teams; resolve employee and vendor queries promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance HR Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of payroll experience. Experience in international/expat payroll is preferred though not mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and analytical skills.
Competencies:
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to meet tight multi-country deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to support critical payroll activities outside standard working hours during requirement urgent or time-sensitive situations.
