Job Summary

Overview

Were seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Canary Wharf office. Youll handle everything from maintenance coordination and property inspections to ensuring full compliance and excellent service for landlords and tenants. If you have proven experience in property management and are based in or around Canary Wharf wed be keen to hear from you.

Basic salary range of 24000 to 31500 per year dependent on experience
Additional 8125 earnings expected through uncapped commission
On-target earnings of 32125 to 39625 per year dependent on experience
Company Car
Full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturdays with a day-in-lieu)

What youll be doing as a Property Manager at Felicity J. Lord Estate Agents in Canary Wharf

Booking and conducting property inspections
Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
Co-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
Deposit returns
Resolving rental arrears
Processing eviction requests
Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Managing complaints
Completing all check in and check out procedures inc. full inventory reports

The skills and abilities you will need to be a Property Manager at Felicity J. Lord Estate Agents in Canary Wharf

Minimum 1 years previous experience in a Property Manager role
Outstanding customer service
Good telephone manner
IT skills

Driving Requirements

You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car
We cannot accept automatic-only driving licences at this time
