We are looking for an Enterprise Architect who can translate strategy into tangible architectural frameworks and ensure coherence across our complex IT landscape spanning multiple countries and business units.
As an Enterprise Architect you play a central role in our transformation journey towards a modern event-driven and composable architecture built on best-of-breed solutions. You will take ownership of the enterprise architecture ensuring cohesion quality and scalability across our IT landscape. You translate strategy into actionable principles roadmaps and design patterns and ensure that our Solution and System Architects deliver solutions efficiently consistently and with high quality.
Establishing and implementing architecture principles and governance models that ensure consistent solutions and predictable delivery.
Creating platform-independent interfaces and optimizing processes across systems.
Modernizing and integration ERP/SAP solutions and defining clear ERP boundaries.
Help drive and active architecture community where Enterprise Solution and System Architects share knowledge define standards and accelerate delivery.
Driving M&A integrations and legacy system decommissioning developing strategic roadmaps and ensuring seamless collaboration between new and existing systems.
Identifying evaluating and implementing new technologies integrating event-driven design and ensuring STARK Group prioritizes solutions that deliver real business value.
You are an experienced enterprise architect thriving in complex international environments with deep understanding of ERP integration and event-driven architectures. You combine strategic vision with technical expertise and take proactive action to drive transformation forward.
Solid experience as an Architecht in complex multi-business-unit organizations.
Deep knowledge of integration patterns schema/version management event-drivenarchitecture and domain driven design.
Experience with ERP/SAP and modernizing legacy systems.
Experience with M&A technology due diligence and post-merger integration.
A relevant degree in IT or Computer Science preferably complemented by architecture certifications (e.g. TOGAF).
Think holistically act pragmatically and take ownership to drive progress.
Influence and bring stakeholders together across the organization. You communicate clearly and deliver solutions that generate immediate value while supporting future scalability and growth.

Together you ensure cohesion quality and scalability across systems and business units.
